Terms of Service for Developers

1.You must request an account ("Account") to accept and use the Services provided.

2.The Applicant agrees that the Company reserves the right to accept or deny use of the Services and Account creation.

3.The Company shall not be responsible for the reliability, usability, or conformity of information obtained by the Applicant through the use of the Services or its contents.

4.The Applicant assumes their own responsibility while using the Services and the Company does not take any responsibility for any matters arising through the use of the Services.

5.The Company is not concerned with any problems arising between the Applicant and any other third parties related to the Services.

6.The Applicant must retain any information or materials obtained through the Services as confidential and must not reveal, leak, or allow the use of to any third parties.

7.The Company retains all intellectual property rights to information and materials that make up the Services and that are provided through the Services. The use of the Services does not exploit, allow use of, or extend the aforementioned intellectual property rights to any other party.

8.The Applicant assumes all responsibility over the management of their Account (including ID and password). The Company shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred by the Applicant due to improper Account management.

9.Personal information provided by the Applicant to the Company is used for the provision of the Services only and is handled in accordance with the Company's privacy policy.

10.The Company reserves the right to suspend the Applicant's use of the Services as deemed necessary should the Company determine any inappropriate uses of the Services, any falsification of information related to the Account, or any other problem arising from the Applicant's use of the Services.

11.The Applicant shall promptly inform the Company if any changes are made to the information required to use the Services. Use of the Services may be suspended if the aformentioned notification is not made.

12.The Company reserves the right to suspend, end, or change the contents of the Services provided as desired.

13.The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted provision of the Services.

14.The Company must judge and approve the distribution of all games and applications on the Platform. The Applicant agrees to the condition that the use of the Services does not guarantee the aforementioned right to distribution.

15.The Company reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. If the terms and conditions are revised, only the most recent revision is valid.
